Who we are?

 

Personal Profile – Keith Lalor

Keith has nearly 20 years experience in the Retail, Franchising, Hotel and Fast Moving Consumer Goods industries. Keith has worked extensively with small and medium sized business in developing and delivering a number of programmes that have added real value to these organisations.

Keith has a very hands on approach and believes the success of any organisation is dependent of the people within. A graduate of the National College of Ireland, Keith holds an Honours Degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations and is a licentiate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Keith is a founding member and Chairperson of the Irish Franchising Skillnet – The first Franchise focused Skillnet of any type in Ireland. Keith has vast experience in franchising, operations, training, learning and development experience and has also negotiated on Joint Labour Committee’s.
